Ayesha Azmi who was born April 10, 1986, in India is an actor who has mostly appeared in Hindi films. Ayesha received the Filmfare's Best debut Award in the year 2004 in recognition of her performance as the leading actress for the film Taarzan The Wonder Car. It was her first acting role. The actress has appeared in several popular films, including Paathshaala (2010 Wanted) Salaam-E-Ishq (2008) and Socha Na Tha (2010). Her first cameo appeared in an advertisement for Complan, the popular healthy drink. Shahid Kapoor was her co-star in their famous I'm Complan man I'm Complan gal commercial. The remix track Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin as well was a tribute to her. Her fame grew due to the success of the remixes of India. Soon after, she began receiving Bollywood film offers. Takia's debut, originally planned to appear in Socha Na Tha was delayed due to issues with production. Ayesha demonstrated moral courage by criticizing her politician husband Abu Azmi, a Samajwadi Party legislator. For a PETA advert in India Ayesha announced she was vegan.
